Before work begins

A confirmed mandate defines the engagement from its first step.

  1. The client situation, required result, service version, delivery mode, dates, decision owner, participants, source materials and dependencies are recorded before delivery begins.
  2. The proposal is normally valid for 30 calendar days. After expiry, price, scope and capacity are checked again.
  3. Work begins after the stated start conditions are met, including the required acceptance and payment.

Scope, roles and decisions

The client owns the business direction. Bom Dia Creation™ owns the architecture of the agreed process and the quality of its translation.

  1. The engagement states who provides context, who advises, who decides, who performs specialist work, who reviews and who accepts the result.
  2. The engagement covers the tasks, quantities, outputs and acceptance conditions recorded in the accepted scope. Adjacent topics and conversations enter the work through the change process.
  3. A recommendation supports a business decision, while the client decision owner retains authority for the business direction.

Price and quotation

Price follows the work and responsibility actually required.

  1. Every quotable price is decomposed into task lines showing the task, delivering specialisation, provider type, unit, quantity, rate, named adjustment and line value.
  2. Bom Dia Creation™ agency work uses the active agency rate or another explicitly approved product basis. A combined total may be shown only above the complete ledger.
  3. EUR is the reference currency. An approved PLN record is used for the Polish market. Taxes and statutory charges follow the agreement and invoice.
  4. A price authorises a transaction when the service status permits the sale and every required dependency is complete.

Payment and commencement

Payment conditions protect delivery capacity and remain visible before commitment.

  1. Setup and recurring fees are invoiced in advance. An accepted order may establish another approved schedule.
  2. A recurring service runs in complete billing periods from the stated start date. A partial period is used only when it is expressly scoped and priced.
  3. An accepted invoice that remains due after its payment date triggers written notice and a reasonable cure date. Expiry of that additional date may suspend work and require a revised schedule.
  4. Fees already due and external commitments already approved continue through a suspension.

Recurring services

A recurring fee purchases a defined monthly scope and reserves the stated delivery capacity.

  1. Access, revisions and delivery follow the approved task basket, capacity band and billing period. Client decisions, sources, permissions and participants form delivery dependencies.
  2. Monthly priorities are agreed within the approved task basket or capacity band. Substitution is possible only when the replacement fits the same specialisation, dependencies and capacity.
  3. Remaining capacity expires at the end of the period. When agreed work remains outstanding solely for reasons attributable to Bom Dia Creation™, the client chooses prompt rescheduling, a proportional credit or a proportional refund.
  4. The standard initial term is three complete monthly periods. The accepted order records the selected term.

Changes and additional work

A change is recorded before it becomes a hidden obligation.

  1. A material change to scope, quantity, responsibility, sequence, risk, dependency or provider reopens the affected price and delivery conditions.
  2. Additional work begins after written task-level quotation and approval. The approved scope and price contain the complete stated capacity.
  3. Current capacity determines whether Bom Dia Creation™ accepts the additional work for the requested period or proposes another delivery date.

Client dependencies

A sound process requires timely context, access and decisions from both sides.

  1. The client provides accurate materials, access, participants, permissions and decisions identified as dependencies of the work.
  2. A delayed client dependency preserves the agreed capacity and fee for the current period. Any transfer of remaining work, credit or refund follows a written decision under the applicable rule.
  3. The dependency and its consequence are recorded. Feasible work may be replanned within the current period; a material consequence follows written change control.

External specialists and pass-through costs

Specialist execution remains commercially visible.

  1. External specialist fees, licences, travel, production, media and other pass-through costs appear as separate lines. An accepted task ledger may incorporate a line expressly into the selected scope.
  2. An external specialist uses their current approved quotation or rate card. The specialist fee remains visible at its stated value, while Bom Dia Creation™ work appears in separate agency lines.
  3. Architecture, briefing, procurement, coordination, review and quality control performed by Bom Dia Creation™ are named and priced as separate agency tasks.

Review, acceptance and remedy

Review provides a clear working gate between delivery stages.

  1. The applicable task or service record states the review participants, evidence and acceptance condition.
  2. For recurring work, the client decision owner has five business days to identify a factual or scope discrepancy in writing. Otherwise the record closes administratively for operating and billing control.
  3. Statutory rights retain their full effect after administrative closure. Reported discrepancies are recorded and routed, while any change to the next period follows the scope-change process.
  4. When a task remains outstanding solely for reasons attributable to Bom Dia Creation™, the remedy remains proportionate to the outstanding task value.

Pause, suspension and ending the work

Ending or interrupting delivery should preserve a readable record of what happened.

  1. A recurring service may be paused by written agreement delivered at least 30 calendar days before the next period. The pause takes effect prospectively, and the current period continues under its accepted terms.
  2. After the selected initial term, either side may end the recurring service with written notice at least 30 calendar days before the next period. An accepted order may establish another approved rule.
  3. Closure records completed work, active decisions, approved additional work, external commitments and the contracted transfer of current materials.

Materials, confidentiality, rights and AI

Information and responsibility remain connected to named people and agreed purposes.

  1. Client materials are used for the agreed work and handled through the access, repository and confidentiality conditions stated for the engagement.
  2. The accepted order states ownership, licence, transfer and further-use conditions for the result and for any third-party materials. Delivery operates under those recorded conditions.
  3. AI tools may support analysis, organisation, variants and operations. Bom Dia Creation™ remains responsible for human review, interpretation and the material delivered under its name.
  4. Personal data and regulated information follow the applicable privacy notice, agreement and legal requirements.

Records, conflicts and version control

The record should allow both sides to reconstruct the decision and its commercial basis.

  1. The engagement maintains the relevant source, decision, task, delivery, change and acceptance records in proportion to its scope.
  2. A specifically signed project term prevails over this framework only for the matter it expressly changes. The remaining framework continues to apply.
  3. A later framework version applies to an accepted engagement after completion of the agreed change process.
  4. A concern is first recorded with the affected fact, task, value and requested remedy so that both sides can resolve the actual issue.

The agreement or accepted order records the framework version and URL. The acknowledgement therefore refers to an exact controlled text.
